Finally got around to sharing Miss. Ellie's nursery! It's hard to believe this was ever Peter's office, but here we are! The room is long and narrow with a slanted ceiling aka awkward. We painted the room white to make it look bigger, but decided to pull a color from the chair fabric for one of the walls. Yes, my daughter has a blue wall and I love it. Storage was also an issue since there is no closet so we made a coat rack to hang some things up and everything else somehow fits in the bins and dresser. One thing I have always wanted was a floral chair and my Martha Stewart of a mom made that a reality, she used Rifle Paper Co. fabric and it turned out so well! I am so excited for Ellie to start sleeping and using this room more once she is a few months older, but for now it will be the place where we run in to get burp cloths and diapers.
